A reminder of how much the Japanese people with pets have gone through since the earthquake and tsunami of March 11. This is a picture of a woman that was able to find her dog on March 19. The picture shows the emotion of the moment. Soon, they would have to deal with the Government of Japan’s mandatory evacuation of the Fukushima 20km Zone and the ordered abandonment of their pets.
